ABSTRACT
Aim:
Computerized Information System for Trade Tax enables a State Commercial Taxation department to improve its services using IT. The software covers various aspects of the working of the Dealers and Administrators and Supervisors of Supply and chain markets.
Objective:
The trade /commercial tax department is the organization that collects tax on the sale or purchase of goods at a certain point of sale as well as purchase of goods throughout the state. It may be divided into various zones, regions, circle, divisions or sector to facilitate better monitoring and control.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
In the existing application all the operations among Wholesale dealers and retail dealers were going manually. There is no online implementation due to which process was very slow. With this Customer response is very bad. Administrator also facing many problems to main the data.
Disadvantages:
1. Data is maintained with manual ledgers.
2. There is no proper coordination among different users in the supply chain.
3. Poor customer response and feedback.
4. Variations is price in different area and different dealers.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In the proposed application, it is implemented as a web application. In which data can be maintained in RDBMS can be maintained efficiently. All the services are provided online. All the operations among Wholesale dealers and retail dealers can be done online. There is a successful online implementation due to which process is very fast. With this Customer response is very good. It is also very helpful to the Administrator.

1. Data is maintained with online database.
2. All the users Administrator , Dealer and Supervisor can be benefited with online operations.
3. Good customer response and feedback.
4. Pricing can be customer satisfactory with clear tax calculation.
