Role: Java Developer
Location: remote
minimum 5 yrs experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
Minimum of 4-6 years of strong and deep hands-on experience with ELK, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot design and development. Preferably within an e-commerce environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in development, deployment and optimization of Enterprise Search Products using Elasticsearch or Solr platforms. Any other relevant Search platform such as can also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud application design, development and deployment experience with Azure Cloud or any other cloud-based environments
A Strong foundation of algorithms and data structures. Knowledge related to Search, Selection and Sorting algorithms are preferable.
Candidates need to possess strong analytical, problem-solving mindset and great communication skill and dedication.
Experience with container frameworks such as Docker and Kubernetes are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Open Source Technology Stack such as Redis Cache, Kafka and Zookeeper will be a great advantage
Experience with Enterprise Search engine migration is an asset.
Understanding of foundations of machine learning and deep learning.
Experience with graphs (JGraphT or similar).
Experience with product discovery systems.
Knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL and MVC framework is an asset.
