ABSTRACT

            This project is very useful for the corporate companies that till now in all companies if the employees want to put leave to his company, he will submit the leave letter to his team leader and then he again forwards to his senior citizen people means management people. then he will sanction the leave or rejects his request. This all process is going manually. So this project was developed.

            Entirely this project objective is to make that leave request in online process. The employee can login to his company web site and generate an application for leave request and that will be forwarded to his manager directly. He has the facility to check all leave requests and either he may accept/reject his request.

                In this project there is an advantage that all manual process is replaced by online systematic method. Every employee and admin(manager) they have the possibility to post feedback, comments.

One more main advantage is that this data base is very useful while in the month of ending the accountants can easily calculate their corresponding employee leaves and deduct money from employee salary.

            The company may have so many departments. In all those departments employees may request for leave. All leave granted employee list will be forwards to account section. There accountant will calculate the leaves taken by employees. Directly he can (manager) either accept/reject in online. And in the  same way employee also can get the status directly. Any employee or manager can send /receive the feedbacks, comments also.

There are 3 modules in the corporate leave management system.

• Employee module
• Admin module
• Accountant module

Employee:

In this Corporate leave management system, employee is having    the employee home page and registration page, profile tag, feedback tag, new application tag, comment tag, logout tag were provided.

Admin:

   In this admin home page there are status tag, feedback tag, verification tag, logout tags were developed for his admin account.   

Accountant:

 In this accountant home page leave granted employee list tag, profile tag, logout tags were developed for company accountant.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

            By developing this project the time constraint, manual procedure will be effectual. Simply he can get the result of that leave request. No need to forward the letter to his team leader. Time will be definitely saved.

The main things are:

• Employee can generate leave application
• Directly employee can get the reply mail from manager.
• Both employee and manager send feedbacks, comments to each other
• Leave granted employee list can be forwards to account section.
• Manager having the facility to either grant or reject the employee leave request.
• Any employee can see his own profile and having facility to update profile.
• While giving the salary this database is very useful to calculate leaves and salary.

 PROPOSED SYSTEM:
