ABSTRACT
The aim of “Contract Labor Management System” is maintaining the contractor details and subcontractor details. The system helps in getting contract details and license details. Expired contract license details, Principal employer details. The System makes proper usage of employee’s time in getting reports, maintaining the principal employer and as well as sub-contractor details, Updating the Principal employer details and subcontractor details, deleting the license details of sub-contractors. This application maintains the all registration fee details like welfare fund deposit, security deposit details.This application maintains the all three districts contractors and sub-contractors information i.e. Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam.
The main Process involved in this application is
Registering new Contractor Details (i.e.: Principal employee).
Generating the Registration Certificate to Principal Employer.
Registering new sub-contractor details under Principal employer.
Generating the License Certificate to the sub-contractor.
Generating the renewal License Certificate for the sub-contactor.
Generating the all Principal Employers reports and saving in to excel sheet.
Generating List of Sub-contractors reports and saving in to excel sheet.
Generating all principal employers wise expired Sub-contractor details.
Generating the all Sub-Contractor details reports and saving in to excel sheet.
CURRENT SYSTEM
This project is associated to maintain Principal Employer details (Contractor), Work Order details (Sub-Contractor), their work details and work order details these details are going to be maintained in manual process to do All these tasks it will take lot of time. Thus the existing system not supporting multi-user support.
Drawbacks of the system:
- The present system is an undeveloped form and the manual process of the overall system is too clumsy and complicated.
- The management getting lot of problems to know their contractor details, sub-contractor details and expired sub-contractor details.
- It is very difficult to intimate the sub-contractors who are expired.
- It is very difficult to getting the reports like how many sub-contractors under the principal employer.
Proposed System:
The automated system with distributed architecture can support issues like
- The system maintains the details of all Principal Employer details.
- The system maintains the details of all Work Order details.
- The system intemperate consistently all projects and sub contacts into one canted storage with proper association.
- The details about contracts that are handled by the principal employer are fast in a short period of time.
- All the Principal Employer details, work order details are segregated and stored consistently with unique Ids.
Advantages:
- The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
- It is very easy to find out all licenses expired details. So they can easily intimate those sub-contractors whose licenses are expired.
- It is very easy to maintain all the record lists and also they can get the any type of report immediately as per the requirement.
