ABSTRACT

Voter ID card is an important identity document for personal identification in the country and for lots of work. People can get their voter id card easily by filling online application form. The application form includes name, address, status, proof document etc, the user (Applicant) has to fill up all the columns in the form.

            Our website helps the users to get their voter id card easily, where they have to fill all the contents in the application form with this the individuals job is over and within a few days the voter id card will be ready (no need to submit printout of the application form to the electoral registration officer).

            The website provides direct interaction between the user (Applicant) and the Admin (the officers concerned) and the user can check his status i.e. whether id card is granted to him or not, if not granted, user can claim for the reasons of the rejection of his id card. One has to register (Signup) in the site in order to get one’s voter id card online. 

           User can use address proof document on the name of their parents, relatives,  friends etc. with whom they are staying. During address verification, the applicant whose name appears on the address proof document needs to confirm that he/she is staying at the same address. User can include their ration card(or)pan card along with their address proof document.        

EXISTING SYSTEM:

                        Voter card is an important identity document for personal identification in the country. In the regular process of registration for voter card, people have to get the application form and fill it and then submit it to the Electoral Registration Officer and then forward it to the BLO(Booth Level Officer). This process is time taking and the applicant does not know whether his application is accepted or not.

                       Moreover, authentication is not provided for the applicant details. It is a clumpsy process where the application has to be forwarded to no.of officers concerned. If anything is wrongly displayed in the voter card i.e Name, Father’s Name etc then the applicant has to reapply for the rectification of mistakes.

 PROPOSED SYSTEMS:

                         Our Website helps the user to get their voter card easily where they have to fill all the columns and contents in the application form online, with this the individuals job is done and within a few days the voter card will be ready(no need to submit the form to the Electoral Registration Officer)
