ABSTRACT
This project is aimed to develop the Legitimate Motor Vehicle Finance Processing system. The system provides all operations of vehicle finance company, which will make it easy for potential customers to own Motors vehicles.
This system can be used as an application for the Vehicle Finance Companies to manage the vehicles and customers information. Customer logging should be able to upload the information of the any required vehicle loans categories.
Vehicle Finance Management System provides a single window service to customers by being accessible to them through the dealers.
It provides the core Motor Vehicle Services functional requirements, and can be easily configured to fulfill the additional requirements of each unique Motor Vehicle system.
To make it easy for potential customers to own Motors vehicles the online system is very useful. To strive to ensure speedy processing of contracts which are either cleared directly by the dealers or are approved by their field staff. The contracts are usually finalized within 1 to 3 working days.
The system is to be the preferred provider of retail financing services in the rural and semi-urban areas of India, while our strategy is to provide a range of financial products and services to our customers through our nationwide distribution network.

Existing System:

If user wants the information they must keep a request to the admin authority and get the information. It’s a time delay process. And maintaining all the records in Excel sheets. If they want any record they have to search all the records. The whole process is now manually controlled. This requires maintaining the records of the queries coming from the customers on the paper.
Limitations in Existing System:
Information retrieval is a very big process.
Lack of organization of the files may porn to information loss due to accidental deletion of files.
No security because the files are visible to the users.
Report generation will be a big task.
Proposed System:
The proposed system is one which is a Legitimate Motor Vehicle Finance Processing, which is a single window service to customers by being accessible to them through the dealers.
