OBJECTIVE:

         The objective of this application is to manage details of current projects and future projects handled by an organization. The purpose is to keep track of employees and project details by maintaining a centralized database.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

         The present systems are inefficient to keep track of the project and related information. Information is often kept in files and books. Extracting relevant data is tedious and troublesome. Mismanagement of data leads to data inconsistencies. Decision making process is also difficult.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

         This proposed system is a web based application and maintains a centralized database of all the related information. The system allows to track project and employee details efficiently. The system allows one to search for relevant data effectively. The system also permits one to generate appropriate reports.
